  • QMUNITY is a non-profit organisation that provides a wide variety of programs and services to 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals in the Lower Mainland. It is located in the historic West End neighborhood of downtown Vancouver.
Community:
  • The QMUNITY website lists programming and services for 2SLGBTQIA+ youth, adults, and seniors in the Vancouver area, along  with relevant contact information.
  • They offer youth supports for people age 25 and below, including peer support in one-on-one and group settings.
  • They offer older adult and senior supports, including intra- and interpersonal development, and opportunities for community connection.
  • QMUNITY provides low-barrier counselling, with transparent pricing and wait times, and peer support groups relating to a wide variety of issues.
  • In partnership with YWCA Metro Vancouver, they operate Prism Employment Support Service, providing strengths-based and trauma-informed employment support to Canadian citizens, permanent residents, and protected refugees who identify as 2SLGBTQIA+.
  • They host the a twice-monthly Trans ID Clinic, for assistance in changing names and gender markings on legal documentation, including identity documents.
